The posting

Bij een ontwikkelaar van nanosatellieten en geminiaturiseerde ruimtevaartcomponenten in Delft bewaak je de kwaliteit van mechanische en elektrische onderdelen, materialen en producten. Als Quality Control Engineer werk je binnen het Product Assurance/Quality Assurance-team (PA/QA) voor zowel de standaardproductlijn als afzonderlijke projecten. Je voert ingangs- en uitgangscontroles uit voordat onderdelen en producten worden vrijgegeven voor opslag, productie, interne projecten of klanten. Daarbij toets je certificaten, procedures en testrapporten aan de geldende eisen. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je bevindingen af met het PA/QA-team, de productiecoördinator en projectmanagers. Je legt afwijkingen vast, ondersteunt product- en projectreviews en levert input voor audits. Tijdens de productie bewaak je de toepassing van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je verdiept je daarbij in kwaliteitsborging voor ruimtevaarttoepassingen, met IPC- en ECSS-standaarden als belangrijke vakinhoudelijke kaders. Functie-inhoud - Voer ingangsinspecties uit op mechanische en elektrische onderdelen en materialen. - Controleer mechanische en elektrische producten vóór vrijgave aan interne projecten en klanten. - Toets certificaten, procedures en testrapporten aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. - Registreer afwijkingen en verzorg rapportages binnen het Non Conformance Management-proces. - Ondersteun de voorbereiding van project- en productreviews, waaronder SRR, PDR, CDR en TRR/TRB. - Lever input voor interne en externe audits. - Bewaak de toepassing van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem tijdens de productie en rapporteer je bevindingen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek, of een vergelijkbaar niveau door ervaring. - Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare industrie. - Je beheerst het Engels goed in woord en geschrift. - Je bent vertrouwd met IPC- en ECSS-standaarden. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gest.
