Als Quality Control Engineer bij een industrieel familiebedrijf in de machinebouw in Hapert bewaak je de kwaliteit van eigen producten en inkomende goederen. Je controleert onder meer de maatvoering met een 3D-lasertracker en pakt afwijkingen samen met afdelingen en leveranciers op. Je kunt zowel met ervaring instappen als de stap naar kwaliteitscontrole maken. Functie-inhoud - Je voert functionele en visuele kwaliteitscontroles uit op producten en inkomende goederen - Je analyseert, registreert en rapporteert afwijkingen en de oorzaken daarvan - Je adviseert over verbeteringen en start herstel- en verbetertrajecten met afdelingen en leveranciers - Je controleert producten, mallen en hulpmiddelen met een 3D-lasertracker aan de hand van tekeningen en specificaties - Je stelt meetrapporten op en legt verbetermaatregelen vast - Je registreert, kalibreert en repareert meetgereedschappen en houdt het kalibratiesysteem bij Functie-eisen - Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische vmbo- of mbo-opleiding en een lastechnische achtergrond - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen - Je hebt kennis van plaatwerk, vorm- en plaattoleranties, verspanen, lassen en conservering - Kennis van lasinspecties volgens VTW-2 is een pre - Ervaring met meettechnieken, PolyWorks en een 3D-lasertracker is een pre - Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen is een pre - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Duits is een pre Aanbod - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen - Reiskostenvergoeding - Pensioenregeling - 8% vakantietoeslag en een jaarlijkse winstuitkering - Collectieve verzekeringsmogelijkheden, waaronder zorg- en autoverzekeringen - Interne opleidings-, doorgroei- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden - Een informele werkomgeving binnen een industrieel familiebedrijf
