The posting

Bij een organisatie in de nucleaire sector in Petten bewaak je de technische kwaliteit van een nieuwbouwproject voor een kernreactor. Als Quality Control Engineer ben je betrokken vanaf ontwerp en inkoop tot fabricage, installatie, inbedrijfstelling en testen. Je toetst of drukapparatuur, laswerk en technische documentatie voldoen aan projectvereisten, wettelijke kaders en toepasselijke normen. Daarbij vertaal je kwaliteitseisen naar concrete controles bij aannemers, leveranciers en fabrikanten. Je dagelijkse werk combineert documentbeoordeling met inspecties op de bouwplaats en bij leveranciers. Je beoordeelt inspectie- en testplannen, lasdocumentatie en rapporten van niet-destructief onderzoek, legt bevindingen vast en ondersteunt het oplossen van afwijkingen. Binnen het QA/QC-team werk je samen met specialisten in kwaliteitsborging en civiele kwaliteitscontrole, engineering en bouw. Via opleiding en training verdiep je je vakkennis van inspectietechniek, drukapparatuur en kwaliteitsbewaking binnen nucleaire nieuwbouw. Functie-inhoud - Toetsen of aannemers en leveranciers voldoen aan kwaliteitseisen en QA/QC-processen binnen het geïntegreerde managementsysteem. - Beoordelen van ontwerpen, inkoopdocumentatie, inspectie- en testplannen, lasdocumentatie en NDE-rapporten. - Bewaken van fabricage, installatie, inspecties en testen op de bouwplaats en bij leveranciers. - Adviseren van engineering-, bouw- en toeleveringsketenteams over technische kwaliteitscontrole. - Identificeren en documenteren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en ondersteunen bij de oplossing daarvan. - Opstellen van inspectierapporten, kwaliteitsverslagen en aantoonbaar bewijs van naleving. - Beoordelen van kwaliteitsrisico’s en verifiëren van wettelijke, technische en contractuele eisen. Functie-eisen - IKT-niveau II, IWT of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie in lassen, inspectie of kwaliteitsborging. - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in technische kwaliteitscontrole, bij voorkeur bij grootschalige nieuwbouwpr.
