The posting

Bij een specialist in plaatbewerking en lassamenstellingen in de regio Weert werk je aan de maatvoering en kwaliteit van stalen constructies. Je controleert producten van gangbare staalsoorten, pantserstaal, RVS en aluminium, voor toepassingen zoals haakarmsystemen, voertuigonderdelen en vluchtsimulatoren. Als Quality Control Engineer ontwikkel je je tot meettechnicus die afwijkingen zorgvuldig vastlegt en bevindingen helder uitlegt. Na een gedegen opleidingsperiode voer je zelfstandig maattechnische controles uit met onder meer een meetarm en meetbank. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je technische tekeningen, voer je metingen uit en verwerk je resultaten in meetrapporten. Je werkt samen met de kwaliteitsafdeling en ondersteunt andere afdelingen bij vragen over maatvoering en kwaliteitsproblemen. Binnen een klein team krijg je begeleiding bij meetprogrammering, certificaten en inspecties. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, neem je ook deel aan product- en leveranciersaudits en stem je bevindingen af met externe partijen. Functie-inhoud - Maattechnische controles uitvoeren aan staalconstructies en laswerken - Meetarm en meetbank bedienen en meetprogramma’s voor nieuwe producten opstellen - Meetresultaten vastleggen en bevindingen intern en extern rapporteren - Afdelingen ondersteunen bij maatvoeringsvragen, klantklachten en kwaliteitsproblemen - CoC’s en materiaalcertificaten opstellen en staal doorstempelen - Na opleiding product- en leveranciersaudits uitvoeren en rapporteren Functie-eisen - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische vmbo- of mbo-opleiding - Affiniteit met lassen, meten en geometrie; ervaring met meettechnieken is een pré - Interesse in technische tekeningen en bereidheid om trainingen te volgen - Goede beheersing van Duits en Engels in woord en schrift - Klantgerichte communicatie en het vermogen om constateringen en adviezen helder over te brengen - Bereidheid om naar bewerkers, klanten en leveranciers te reizen; rijbewijs B en een VTw2-certificaat zijn p.
