The posting

Bij een fabrikant van achtbanen en attracties in Vlodrop bewaak je als Quality Control Engineer de kwaliteit van materialen, onderdelen en producten. Je maakt deel uit van de stafafdeling QESH/QC en voert ingangs-, uitgangs- en procescontroles uit. Daarbij beoordeel je onder meer staal, aluminium en koperlegeringen, maar ook achtbaanwielen, aandrijvingsbanden en polyester kappen. Je controleert of identificatie, maatvoering, afwerking en bijbehorende documentatie voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je technische tekeningen, werk je met meetmiddelen en leg je controlebevindingen zorgvuldig vast. Je bespreekt afwijkingen met betrokken collega's en denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen in de kwaliteitsbewaking. Meestal werk je in Vlodrop; incidenteel bezoek je leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland voor een dagtrip. Via interne en externe opleidingsmogelijkheden kun je je kennis van productkwaliteit, inspectietechnieken en de technische opbouw van attracties verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Je voert ingangs-, uitgangs- en procescontroles uit op materialen en producten - Je controleert identificatie, maatvoering, afwerking en bijbehorende documentatie - Je beoordeelt metalen onderdelen en componenten zoals achtbaanwielen, aandrijvingsbanden en polyester kappen - Je registreert controlebevindingen en koppelt resultaten terug aan betrokken collega's - Je signaleert afwijkingen en doet praktische verbetervoorstellen - Je houdt mede toezicht op de uitleen en inname van meetmiddelen en meetinstrumenten - Je voert incidenteel controles uit bij leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Je hebt bij voorkeur een achtergrond in kwaliteitscontrole - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en gebruiken bij controles - Je hebt basiskennis van relevante NEN/ISO-normen en kwaliteitsstandaarden - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, mondeling..
