Bij een specialist in poedercoaten en oppervlaktebehandeling in Westerhaar-Vriezenveensewijk werk je aan de kwaliteit van producten en productieprocessen. Als Quality Control Engineer voer je proces- en productcontroles uit, analyseer je afwijkingen en vertaal je bevindingen naar praktische verbeteringen. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar het eindresultaat, maar ook naar de processtappen die de kwaliteit bepalen. Bij afkeur stem je met de opdrachtgever af welke herstelmethodiek passend is. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met je collega’s op de kwaliteitsafdeling en overleg je met productie en opdrachtgevers over technische kwaliteitsvragen. Je gebruikt afkeurregistraties, 8D-rapportages en kwaliteitsklachten om herhaling te voorkomen. Ook begeleid je nieuwe producten en lever je input voor het ISO-kwaliteitssysteem. Met trainingen en opleidingen verdiep je je kennis van oppervlaktebehandeling, kwaliteitsmethodieken en procesverbetering. Functie-inhoud - Proces- en productcontroles uitvoeren en resultaten analyseren om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren - Afkeur en 8D-rapportages verwerken en vertalen naar concrete verbeterplannen - Interne en externe kwaliteitsklachten registreren en acties inzetten om herhaling te voorkomen - Technische kwaliteitsvragen bespreken met opdrachtgevers en bij afkeur samen de herstelmethodiek bepalen - Nieuwe producten begeleiden vanuit kwaliteit en procesbeheersing - Input leveren voor het ISO-kwaliteitssysteem - Ontwikkelingen in arbo- en milieuwetgeving bijhouden Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in procestechniek, afwerkingstechniek of chemische technologie - Je hebt affiniteit met oppervlaktebehandeling of chemische procestechniek en kunt werktuigbouwkundige tekeningen lezen - Je kent verbetermethodieken zoals 5S, 8D, proces-FMEA en Control Plans - Ervaring met ISO-kwaliteitsstandaarden en het interpreteren van normen, bijvoorbeeld binnen automotive, is een pre - Je werkt proactief en.
