Voor een internationaal actieve productieomgeving binnen de maakindustrie in de regio Wevelgem, ben ik op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke die mee wil instaan voor het verhogen en bewaken van de kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt een brede rol waarin je dagelijks schakelt tussen kwaliteitsopvolging, productie en verbeterprojecten. Je komt terecht in een onderneming met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en continue verbetering. Vanuit jouw expertise werk je mee aan het oplossen van kwaliteitsvraagstukken en krijg je de ruimte om processen efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken. Daarnaast kom je regelmatig in contact met collega's en stakeholders uit verschillende locaties.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je volgt de kwaliteitswerking binnen de organisatie op en zorgt ervoor dat procedures correct worden toegepast.
  • Je brengt kwaliteitsproblemen en afwijkingen in kaart en onderzoekt samen met de betrokken afdelingen de onderliggende oorzaken.
  • Je formuleert verbeteracties en volgt deze op tot de afgesproken resultaten effectief zijn bereikt.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen en helpt mee om kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie verder te versterken.
  • Je werkt mee aan interne, externe en klantenaudits en bewaakt de opvolging van eventuele opmerkingen en actiepunten.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert kwaliteitsdata en gebruikt KPI's om mogelijke verbeterpunten te identificeren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek en andere interne diensten om processen en werkwijzen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je neemt deel aan kwaliteitsprojecten die betrekking hebben op meerdere afdelingen of productiesites.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met internationale collega's en zorgt voor een goede uitwisseling van kennis en best practices.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteit, kwaliteitscontrole of kwaliteitsmanagement in een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en/of Frans en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale werkomgeving.
