Als Quality Engineer maak je deel uit van de kwaliteitsafdeling. Wanneer een klant een onderdeel terugstuurt waarvan hij niet tevreden is, ga jij na wat de oorzaak van het defect of de schade is. Je meet het onderdeel op en doet de nodige testen op de testbank en beslist of de klant een creditnota ontvangt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Technische analyse uitvoeren op geretourneerde onderdelen en schadebeelden beoordelen
  • Onderzoeken of het defect is veroorzaakt door transport, montage of verkeerd gebruik
  • Meetrapporten en testresultaten verwerken in het interne kwaliteitsprogramma in het Engels
  • Overleg met de Product Quality Owner en aankoopafdeling over correctieve acties
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op samples van nieuwe leveranciers
  • Uitvoeren van farometingen, 3D-metingen en materiaalanalyses op vraag van collega’s
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelorsdiploma Elektronica of Elektromechanica
  • Ervaring met hydraulische en elektrische componenten is een plus
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels voor rapportering
  • Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail bij technische inspecties
