Wil jij bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van technische machines en productieprocessen? Als Quality Engineer zorg je dat producten voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen en pak je verbeterpunten direct aan. Je krijgt de ruimte om processen te verbeteren en samen te werken met verschillende technische specialisten. Wat ga je doen?Als Quality Engineer bij onze opdrachtgever in de regio Bakel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de product- en proceskwaliteit. Je zorgt dat machines voldoen aan interne kwaliteitsnormen, wet- en regelgeving en de eisen van klanten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Engineering, Productie, Supply Chain en Quality Assurance. Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen, voert risicoanalyses uit en begeleidt verbetertrajecten. Hiervoor gebruik je methoden zoals 8D, FMEA en Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Ook analyseer je kwaliteitsgegevens en stel je rapportages op. Met jouw bevindingen help je onze opdrachtgever om fouten te voorkomen, processen te verbeteren en kosten te verlagen. Daarnaast organiseer je interne audits, begeleid je externe ISO-audits en bewaak je de naleving van ISO 9001. Je bent betrokken bij het beheer en de kalibratie van meetmiddelen en ondersteunt bij kwaliteitsproblemen tijdens de installatie van machines bij klanten. Met jouw technische kennis en oog voor detail draag je bij aan structurele verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie waarin je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt en direct invloed hebt op de kwaliteit van producten en processen Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, productinspecties en interne procesaudits; - Analyseren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, waaronder FMEA en RCA; - Opstellen en beheren van kwaliteitsdocumenten, 4D/8D-rapportages en auditrapporten; - Begeleiden van verbetertrajecten met methoden zoals Lean, 5S en A3; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe audits en bewaken van ISO 9001-richtlijnen; -.
