Jobomschrijving

Kwaliteit, structuur en opvolging: jij zorgt dat het QMS blijft draaien.

Voor versterking bij onze klnat binnen een Quality team zoeken we een QMS Specialist. In deze rol ligt de focus op het dagelijkse beheer en de opvolging van het Quality Management System, met een sterke nadruk op documentatie, audits en kwaliteitsprocessen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar structuur en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. Geen rol waarin je grote projecten van A tot Z moet trekken, maar wel een functie waarin je ervoor zorgt dat het QMS up-to-date blijft, audits goed voorbereid zijn en acties correct worden opgevolgd.

Jouw uitdaging:

Je ondersteunt het Quality-team bij het onderhouden en verder opvolgen van het QMS.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Het Quality Management System opvolgt en up-to-date houdt
  • Management reviews voorbereidt en mee opvolgt
  • Instaat voor de opvolging van IFS
  • Interne audits voorbereidt, coördineert en opvolgt
  • Acties en verbeterpunten uit audits mee bewaakt
  • Kwaliteitsdocumentatie en procedures beheert en actualiseert
  • Planningen en retroplanningen richting audits opstelt
  • Ervoor zorgt dat de nodige documentatie tijdig en correct beschikbaar is
  • Afstemt met verschillende interne stakeholders rond kwaliteit en documentatie
  • Meewerkt aan kleinere verbeterinitiatieven binnen het QMS
  • Je krijgt daarbij voldoende verantwoordelijkheid om zaken zelfstandig op te volgen, maar je hoeft geen grote multidisciplinaire projecten te managen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede basis binnen Quality/QMS die snel mee is en graag structuur brengt.

Je brengt idealiter mee:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen Quality, QMS of kwaliteitsmanagement
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en auditprocessen
  • Ervaring met documentatie, procedures en administratieve opvolging
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership over je dossiers
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, met een goede kennis van Frans
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar
  • Ben je nog junior, maar heb je al een quality bagage? Aarzel dan zeker niet om te solliciteren
  • Je kan 3 dagen per week in Zellik werken
