Onze klant, een dynamische en snelgroeiende onderneming actief in de groenteverwerking, gaat op zoek naar een Quality Manager.

FUNCTIE

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het volledige kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem met procedures, processen en controles.
  • Je leidt interne en externe audits (IFS, BRC, HACCP) en verzorgt een correcte opvolging van alle bevindingen.
  • Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer en volgt grondstoffen, processen en eindproducten op tot en met verzending.
  • Je behandelt klantenfeedback op een constructieve manier en vertaalt die naar duurzame verbeteracties.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsdata, herkent trends en formuleert acties die de organisatie versterken.
  • Je stuurt een team van 5 kwaliteitscollega’s aan en creëert betrokkenheid, duidelijkheid en groei.
  • Je werkt samen met partners, universiteiten en de site in Frankrijk om innovaties en kennis te integreren.
  • Je neemt beslissingen bij acute kwaliteitsproblemen en behoudt het overzicht in een snel evoluerende omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in voeding, voedingsmiddelentechnologie, biotechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement, idealiter binnen verse voeding of groenten.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van IFS, BRC, HACCP, wetgeving en etikettering.
  • Je bent analytisch, detailgericht en onderbouwt beslissingen met feiten.
  • Je bent een probleemoplosser die durft doorhakken en initiatief neemt.
  • Je bent een coachend people manager die duidelijkheid, structuur en betrokkenheid brengt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
