Functieomschrijving:

  1. Kwaliteitsbeheer
  2. Verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen het district en toezien op een correcte uitvoering en voortdurende verbetering van het kwaliteitssysteem.
  3. Productkwaliteit en kosten
  4. Zorgdragen voor een optimale productkwaliteit door het opvolgen van recepten, grondstoffen, prestaties en testresultaten. Tegelijk streven naar efficiëntie door de productiekosten en laboratoriumkosten te beheersen.
  5. Teammanagement
  6. Het aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van het kwaliteitsteam binnen het district om een soepele werking en de professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers te bevorderen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring vereist
  • Ervaring binnen de zware industrie is noodzakelijk.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement, betontechnologie, productieprocessen, nalevingsnormen en methoden voor voortdurende verbetering.
  • Vaardig in het analyseren van data, uitvoeren van audits en beheren van non-conformiteiten, met de capaciteit om effectieve probleemoplossing en verbeteringen in kwaliteitsprestaties te realiseren.
  • MS Office is vereist; kennis van SAP is een extra troef.
