Krijg je energie van internationale projecten en werk je graag samen met kwekers, leveranciers, en collega's uit verschillende teams? Als Technical Project Lead werk je aan projecten die direct invloed hebben op de kwaliteit, houdbaarheid en duurzaamheid van onze bloemen. Van zeevracht en nieuwe sourcinggebieden tot koelketens, verpakkingsmaterialen en productonderzoek. Het is geen rol waarin je de hele dag achter je bureau zit, maar je bent juist dicht bij de praktijk. Je onderzoekt waar kansen liggen, maakt een duidelijk plan en brengt de juiste mensen bij elkaar. Vervolgens houd je de voortgang scherp in de gaten en zorg je ervoor dat goede ideeën ook echt worden uitgevoerd. Je bent dus niet alleen degene die adviseert. Je neemt de leiding, brengt structuur aan en zorgt samen met betrokken collega's en partners voor resultaat. - Projecten begeleiden op het gebied van productkwaliteit, houdbaarheid, sourcing en transport; - Data, testresultaten en onderzoeksuitkomsten vertalen naar praktische verbeteringen; - Kwekers en leveranciers begeleiden bij kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen; - Procesaudits, ketentesten, vaaslevenonderzoek en risicoanalyses uitvoeren; - Collega's van Kwaliteit, Inkoop, Logistiek en Supply Chain bij elkaar brengen; - Samen met Inkoop nieuwe producten, kwekers en sourcinggebieden onderzoeken; - De voortgang bewaken en ervoor zorgen dat goede ideeën ook echt tot uitvoering komen. Wie ben jij? We zoeken iemand die graag wil begrijpen hoe iets werkt en vervolgens direct nadenkt over hoe het slimmer of beter kan.
