Als Quality, R&D & Sustainability Manager neem je de leiding over alle initiatieven rond kwaliteit, productontwikkeling, innovatie en duurzaamheid. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, sales, leveranciers en klanten en vertaalt ideeën naar concrete resultaten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en krijgt de ruimte om deze domeinen verder uit te bouwen en vorm te geven.

Kwaliteit

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van een overkoepelend kwaliteitsbeleid.
  • Uitbouwen van een kwaliteitsvisie gericht op kwaliteit, snelheid en service.
  • Definiëren van verbeterprojecten en deze vertalen naar concrete actieplannen en meetbare doelstellingen.
  • Verhogen van de productkwaliteit door het opzetten en optimaliseren van kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Evalueren, kwalificeren en opvolgen van leveranciers op basis van kwaliteitscriteria.
  • Analyseren van interne en externe klachten en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Ondersteunen van kwaliteitsgerelateerde projecten in samenwerking met commerciële teams.
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van kwaliteitsindicatoren via dashboards en data-analyse.
  • Creëren van een sterke kwaliteitscultuur over verschillende afdelingen heen.

R&D & Innovatie

  • Uitwerken en coördineren van het innovatie- en ontwikkelingsbeleid.
  • Opvolgen van markttrends, regelgeving en technologische ontwikkelingen.
  • Opstellen van testmethodes en validatieprocedures.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van nieuwe product- en procesontwikkelingen van idee tot implementatie.
  • Coördineren van testen, materiaalanalyses, certificeringen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Samenwerken met externe kenniscentra, leveranciers en technische partners rond innovatie- en verbetertrajecten.
  • Identificeren van opportuniteiten die bijdragen aan concurrentiekracht en groei.

Duurzaamheid

  • Uitbouwen en aansturen van het duurzaamheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Detecteren van kansen op het vlak van recyclage, circulaire materialen en energie-efficiëntie.
  • Begeleiden van projecten rond afvalreductie, hergebruik en duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen.
  • Opvolgen van initiatieven rond CO₂-reductie, LCA-analyses en duurzaamheidsrapportering.
  • Vertalen van duurzaamheidsambities naar haalbare en meetbare verbeterprojecten.
  • Masterdiploma in textieltechnologie, industriële wetenschappen, chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, R&D, innovatie of productontwikkeling.
  • Sterke kennis van technisch textiel, kwaliteitsmanagement en relevante normen.
  • Ervaring met productontwikkeling, industrialisatie en continue verbetertrajecten.
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Ervaring met Power BI, ERP-systemen en data-analyse.
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en circulaire economie.
