AMETEK LMS is op zoek naar een Quality Technician voor onze vestiging in Zele, België.

Ben jij een nauwkeurige en gedetailleerde professional met een passie voor kwaliteit? Sluit je aan bij ons team als Quality Technician en speel een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteits- en prestatiestandaarden voor onze producten. Je rapporteert aan de ploegverantwoordelijke en de Manager van de Quality Assurance afdeling.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voer dimensionale inspecties uit van aangekochte componenten en grondstoffen
  • Voer First Piece-inspecties uit en stel gedetailleerde rapporten op
  • Verifieer de nauwkeurigheid van materiaalcertificaten en testrapporten van leveranciers
  • Ken interne traceerbaarheidscodes toe aan materialen die van leveranciers zijn ontvangen
  • Voer indien nodig in-proces inspecties en tests uit tijdens het assemblageproces, inclusief positieve materiaalidentificatietests, hardheidstests, verflaagdiktemetingen, hydrotests, visuele inspecties van lassen en andere vereiste tests
  • Verifieer en onderteken vereiste fabriekskalibratie- en testrapporten
  • Voer inspecties uit van eindassemblages om te zorgen voor naleving van alle tekeningen en klantvereisten
  • Kalibreer meetinstrumenten en meters
  • Mogelijkheid tot het uitvoeren van penetrantonderzoeken niveau II

Jouw profiel:

  • Middelbare schooldiploma of algemeen onderwijsdiploma
  • Relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving is een groot pluspunt
  • Bereidheid om getraind en gecertificeerd te worden als penetrantonderzoeker niveau II
  • Sterke aandacht voor detail en het vermogen om defecten in producten te detecteren
  • Vaardigheid in het interpreteren van basis specificaties, diagrammen en andere schriftelijke instructies
  • Uitstekende visuele vaardigheden: in staat om visueel defecten te identificeren, jaarlijks oogonderzoek vereist
  • Ervaring met het gebruik van schuifmaten, micrometers, schroefdraadmeters, hardheidstesters, optische vergelijkers, diktemeters, XRF-analysatoren en andere meetinstrumenten
  • Vermogen om op te tellen, af te trekken, te vermenigvuldigen en te delen in alle meeteenheden
