Hager Tiefbau Ges.m.b.H., ein führendes Unternehmen in der Tiefbaubranche, sucht: 1 Radladerfahrer/in (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

Als zukünftiges Teammitglied in der Kiesproduktion bist du weit mehr als nur Fahrer/in - du bist ein entscheidendes Glied in unserer Produktionskette. Ohne dich läuft hier buchstäblich nichts rund. In enger Abstimmung mit der Werksleitung arbeitest du selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und mit dem nötigen Fingerspitzengefühl im Abbaubereich. Du bewegst nicht nur Material, sondern sorgst auch dafür, dass Qualität und Ablauf stimmen. Auch die direkte Kundenverladung gehört (je nach Arbeitsort) zu deinem Alltag - hier zählt ein sicherer Umgang mit dem Radlader genauso wie ein freundliches Auftreten. Und weil Sicherheit und Verständnis oberste Priorität haben: Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für das Verstehen der Arbeitsanweisungen unerlässlich.

Voraussetzungen:

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Kiesabbau oder bist geübt im Umgang mit großen Maschinen - insbesondere Radladern ab 20 Tonnen Eigengewicht.

Was du außerdem mitbringen solltest:

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, ordentlich "was zu bewegen"

Kurz gesagt: Du weißt, wie man anpackt - und zwar nicht nur theoretisch.
