Zoek jij een veelzijdige en hands-on IT-rol waarin je de spil bent tussen techniek en de gebruiker? Als IT Support Engineer zorg jij voor een vlekkeloos werkende IT-omgeving. Je werkt 100% op locatie, voornamelijk vanuit Leuven, met sporadisch een verplaatsing naar andere Belgische locaties.

Het functieprofiel

In deze rol bied je tweedelijns IT-ondersteuning, beheer je de werkplekken en bouw je mee aan een efficiënte IT-infrastructuur.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Gebruikersondersteuning Bieden van algemene IT-ondersteuning (telefonisch, via e-mail en onsite) voor zowel Windows als MacOS Oplossen van Hardware- en softwareproblemen Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van werkplekken (desktops, laptops, printers en randapparatuur) Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij het gebruik van Microsoft 365-applicaties
  • Werkplek- en vergaderzaalbeheer Herinstalleren en imaghen van Windows-PC's via MS Intune Troubleshooten van issues met gebruikersaccounts en toegangsrechten Bieden van meeting room support (ondersteuning bij en basic troubleshooting van Logitech audio/video-apparatuur)
  • Documentatie en communicatie Registreren en documenteren van incidenten en oplossingen in ServiceNow Opstellen van korte gebruikershandleidingen en interne documentatie Signaleren en rapporteren van veelvoorkomende IT-trends en problemen Nauw samenwerken met collega-IT'ers en helder communiceren met eindgebruikers

Wat wij zoeken

  • Ervaring & Kennis: Aantoonbare ervaring met het herinstalleren van Windows-PC's en uitgebreide kennis van Windows-besturingssystemen
  • Snoeiharde Troubleshooting Skills: Je bent analytisch sterk en weet incidenten snel en efficiënt op te lossen
  • Grote Omgeving: Ervaring met werken binnen een grote bedrijfscontext
  • Talen: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands én Engels
  • Soft Skills: Je bent een echte teamspeler, sociaal vaardig en klantgericht

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring met het ondersteunen van MacOS (voor onze Apple-community van ca. 200 gebruikers)
  • Ervaring met Logitech meeting room equipment
  • Kennis van ServiceNow
