Rayonmanager schoonmaak Als Rayonmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de overeengekomen kwaliteit van schoonmaakdienstverlening bij jouw klanten in de regio Rotterdam - Den Haag. Je geeft leiding aan 2 Ambulant Objectleiders, Voorlieden en indirect aan de schoonmaakmedewerkers. Je onderhoudt structureel contact met de opdrachtgevers en draagt zorg voor de continuïteit van de schoonmaakcontracten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - het managen van jouw rayon op zowel operationeel en financieel vlak; - het coachen en begeleiden van jouw team: ambulant objectleiders, voorlieden en indirect de schoonmakers; - het beheren en naleven van de contractafspraken met jouw opdrachtgevers; - het bewaken van het hoge kwaliteitsniveau van de dienstverlening; - het structureel onderhouden van contact met jouw opdrachtgevers; - het cijfermatig sturen op uren, ziekteverzuim, inzet machines & materialen, extra werk; - het benutten van commerciële kansen bij jouw opdrachtgevers; - het opstarten van nieuwe projecten; - het voeren van beoordelings- en evaluatiegesprekken met jouw medewerkers; - het naleven van de regelgeving conform de CAO. Functie eisen Rayonmanager schoonmaak De geschikte kandidaat voor de functie van Rayonmanager schoonmaak beschikt over het volgende: - MBO+ /HBO denk- en werkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de schoonmaakbranche; - Peoplemanager; - Goede contactuele en sociale vaardigheden; - Cijfermatig en analytisch sterk; - Goede kennis van MS Office; - Commercieel vaardig; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs. - Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam - Den Haag.
