Je beoordeelt en bewaakt dossiers, signaleert kansen voor re-integratie en schadelastbeheersing en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je zet jouw ervaring als casemanager in vanuit een onafhankelijke rol namens de verzekeraar en kijkt met een bredere blik naar de kwaliteit, aanpak en voortgang van dossiers. Je beoordeelt of deze goed worden behandeld, signaleert waar kansen liggen en zorgt dat passende vervolgstappen worden ingezet. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het inhoudelijk beoordelen en bewaken van dossiers binnen verzuim, Ziektewet, WGA ERD, WIA-aanvullingen en PAWW, waarbij je controleert of de juiste aanpak en interventies worden ingezet. - Het signaleren van kansen voor re-integratie, schadelastbeheersing, co-financiering, funding, herbeoordeling, bezwaar en beroep. - Het afstemmen met klanten, arbodiensten, WGA-casemanagement en andere betrokken partijen en bijsturen wanneer de dossieraanpak daarom vraagt. - Het monitoren van 42ste weekmeldingen en tijdig bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is. - Het leveren van onderbouwde input voor verlengingspremies en audits. - Het zorgvuldig en audit-proof vastleggen van afwegingen, acties en besluiten.
