WAS DICH ERWARTET

Finanzielle Business Cases: Du erstellst fundierte Business Cases für neue und bestehende Stores und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Teams aus Finance und Leasing/Expansion zusammen.

Monatliche Reportings: Du bereitest aussagekräftige Berichte für die Geschäftsführung und verschiedene Fachbereiche vor.

Strategische Präsentationen: Du erstellst vielfältige Präsentationen und legst dabei besonderen Wert auf eine ansprechende visuelle Gestaltung und überzeugende Inhalte.

Budgets und Administration: Du unterstützt bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung des Real Estate & Construction-Bereichs und greifst der Real Estate & Construction Bereichsleitung im Tagesgeschäft administrativ unter die Arme.

Projektspezifische Übersichten: Du behältst den Überblick über den Status aktueller Immobilienprojekte und teilst relevante Informationen transparent mit Schnittstellenabteilungen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Immobilienmanagements, der Finanzen, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Deine Kompetenzen: Du beherrschst Excel, PowerPoint sowie KI-Tools sicher und kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Deine Stärken: Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine ausgeprägte Begeisterung für Retail und Immobilien aus, bist kontaktfreudig und gehst offen auf Schnittstellen und Stakeholder zu.

Deine Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest zielorientiert, organisierst komplexe Abläufe eigenständig und behältst auch in dynamischen Prozessen stets den Überblick.
