De positie Als Realisatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van multidisciplinaire projecten binnen energie en industrie. Je werkt aan duurzame en technisch hoogwaardige oplossingen, zoals hoogspanningsinstallaties, smart grids en stations automatisering, voor een breed scala aan klanten. Je stuurt projecten aan van engineering tot en met oplevering, met een omvang tot circa €25 miljoen. Daarbij ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en contractbeheersing. In deze rol geef je integraal leiding aan het projectteam: van projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding tot en met de monteurs op de werkvloer. Je zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking en weet teams te motiveren en richting te geven aan gezamenlijk resultaat. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de doorontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je bewaakt hierbij actief de balans tussen groei, vernieuwing en een stabiele, beheerste organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en interne stakeholders en draagt bij aan de verdere positionering van Croonwolter&dros binnen de energietransitie en industriële markt. Deze rol biedt daarnaast ruimte om (verder) te groeien in leiderschap en managementverantwoordelijkheid. Verantwoordelijkheden - Eindverantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van projecten tot circa €25 miljoen - Aansturen van projectteams, van projectleiding tot en met uitvoering op de werkvloer - Sturen op risico's, waarbij je continu de balans bewaakt tussen ontwikkeling en continuïteit van de afdeling - Verantwoordelijk voor planning, budget, kwaliteit, veilig...
