Als Receivable Specialist zorg je ervoor dat de administratie van klanten klopt. Als Receivable Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en betrouwbaar traject van facturatie tot betaling. Je zorgt dat klantrekeningen kloppen, signaleert afwijkingen en pakt deze samen met collega's op. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan overzicht, rust en kwaliteit binnen het team. Je werkt nauw samen met het Shared Service Center en collega's uit Finance, Risk en Compliance. Door die samenwerking voorkom je fouten, los je knelpunten op en verbeter je het proces stap voor stap. - vragen van interne collega's en klanten beantwoorden; - inkomende mail van incassopartners beantwoorden; - zaakinhoudelijke meetings houden met onze incassopartners - aanmanings‑ en incassoprocessen bewaken; - De acceptatie van nieuwe zakelijke klanten doen; - Onze service provider monitoren en meetings met hen organiseren over operationele taken die zij voor ons uitvoeren. - kennis te delen en collega's te ondersteunen; - initiatief te nemen wanneer je ziet dat iets slimmer of beter kan.
