Receptionist Parttime Leerdam 8 - 24 uur per week Tussen €2.857 en €3.139 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als receptionist(e) ben jij meer dan een baliebezetting. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers én collega's en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Bij Friesland Campina in Leerdam werk je één dag per week (woensdag of vrijdag), maar tijdens vakanties of drukke periodes kun je extra uren maken. Zo is geen week hetzelfde en blijf je altijd betrokken bij alles wat er gebeurt op kantoor.Wat je gaat doen: - Telefoontjes en e-mails beantwoorden en opvolgen. - Agenda's/vergaderzalen beheren en afspraken plannen. - Bezoekers en collega's gastvrij ontvangen. - Badges aanmaken en teruggegeven badges controleren. - Lunch of gebak bestellen en klaarzetten voor collega's en gasten. Kortom: jij bent het visitekaartje én de stille kracht achter de organisatie. Wat we je bieden Wat wij jou bieden - Salaris van €17,30 - €19,40 per uur. - 4% eindejaarsuitkering en 8% vakantiegeld. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Parttime werk van 8 uur per week (woensdag of vrijdag). - Extra uren mogelijk tijdens vakanties of drukke periodes. - Een gezellige, inclusieve werkomgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden Functie-eisen Wat wij zoeken - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent bereid om van 07:00 tot 15:00 te werken. - Beschikbaar voor 8 uur per week, uitbereiding naar 16 uur mogelijk. - Flexibel inzetbaar tijdens vakanties. - Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels. - Handig met MS Office. - Proactief, nauwkeurig, integer én creatief. - Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
