Ben jij een organisatietalent met een gastvrije instelling en voel jij je thuis in de automotive? Vind je het leuk om klanten te ontvangen, administratieve processen soeptel te laten verlopen én een team te ondersteunen? Dan is deze veelzijdige functie van Receptionist iets voor jou. Fulltime en parttime mogelijkheden! Als Receptionist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het visitekaartje van de vestiging. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt en dat alles achter de schermen goed georganiseerd is. Daarnaast ondersteun je de vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en neem je, wanneer dat nodig is, de dagelijkse aansturing van de vestiging over. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo interessant! Wat ga je doen? Je ontvangt klanten aan de balie en staat hen vriendelijk te woord, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch. Je verzorgt de planning van afspraken, verwerkt administratieve gegevens en facturen en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct in de systemen wordt geregistreerd. Daarnaast houd je de vestiging netjes en overzichtelijk en draag je bij aan een prettige werksfeer. Heb je technisch inzicht of ervaring in een werkplaats, dan kun je indien nodig ook ondersteuning bieden bij werkzaamheden in de werkplaats.Wie ben jij?Wij zoeken een collega met minimaal MBOwerk- en denkniveau die ervaring heeft in een klantgerichte of administratieve functie; Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en blijft ook onder druk overzicht houden; Je bent communicatief sterk, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een goed verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; Kennis van Microsoft Word en Excel is belangrijk; ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Je bent woonachtig in een straal van 25 km van Rotterdam.
