Per begin/half oktober beschikbaar is? Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Receptiemedewerker die het visitekaartje van de organisatie wordt. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van alle receptiewerkzaamheden en zorg je dagelijks voor een gastvrije, representatieve en professionele ontvangst. Bezoekers, medewerkers en externe relaties voelen zich dankzij jouw uitstraling en service direct welkom. Jij beheert de telefonie, verzorgt de postverwerking en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast krijg je op termijn mogelijk ook aanvullende administratieve verantwoordelijkheden, zodra de receptiebasis stevig staat. Je bent zelfstandig, servicegericht en begrijpt als geen ander hoe belangrijk een hoogwaardige hospitalitybeleving is binnen de organisatie. Werktijden : maandag 08:00 tot 17:30 en vrijdag van 08:00 tot 16:00 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Candidate must be: fluent in Dutch, minimal C2 level. Jij bent representatief, communicatief sterk en weet hoe je rust en structuur bewaakt in een dynamische omgeving. Ervaring met telefonie, postverwerking en frontoffice werkzaamheden is essentieel.
