Je weet waar talent zich bevindt, hoe je het in beweging krijgt en vooral hoe je duurzame relaties opbouwt. Je bent niet alleen Recruiter, maar ook Adviseur, sparringpartner én verbinder. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus recruitmentteam van vijf collega's en rapporteert aan de Manager Recruitment/Fieldmanager. Binnen het team heeft ieder zijn eigen focusgebied waarin je breed inzetbaar bent. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw rol én recruitment binnen deze organisatie verder vorm te geven. Wat ga je doen? - Werven en selecteren van ervaren professionals binnen Finance, Legal en Interim Management & Organisatieadvies. - Actief searchen en benaderen van schaars talent via diverse sourcingkanalen. - Het opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van sterke talentpools. - Het voeren van diepgaande selectie- en competentiegerichte gesprekken. - Intensief samenwerken met de business om vacatures snel én kwalitatief in te vullen. - Het begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele recruitmentproces: van eerste kennismaking tot succesvolle plaatsing. - Het onderhandelen over arbeidsvoorwaarden en begeleiden van het aanbodproces. - Het analyseren van arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar slimme recruitmentstrategieën. - Het signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen recruitmentprocessen, systemen en werkwijzen. - Het coachen van recruiters en fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner binnen het team. - Het initiëren en leiden van recruitment- en verbeterprojecten.
