Als Recruiter FlexZo speel jij een belangrijke rol in het aantrekken van zorgprofessionals voor een unieke regionale flexpool. Je verbindt kandidaten aan kansen binnen meerdere zorgorganisaties en draagt zo direct bij aan de continuïteit van zorg in de regio. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, relaties op te bouwen en recruitmentactiviteiten vorm te geven. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauw samen met recruiters, planners en teamleiders van de aangesloten organisaties. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruiter FlexZo ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken, enthousiasmeren en begeleiden van zorgprofessionals die flexibel willen werken binnen de regio. Je bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk, bent zichtbaar op relevante arbeidsmarktkanalen en weet waar je potentiële kandidaten kunt bereiken. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak zorg je ervoor dat zorgprofessionals zich welkom voelen en de weg weten te vinden naar de FlexZo-pool. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (potentiële) FlexZo medewerkers. Je adviseert over de mogelijkheden binnen FlexZo, ondersteunt bij vragen en onderhoudt contact met zowel kandidaten als aangesloten organisaties. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Actief werven en benaderen van zorgprofessionals; - Voeren van kennismakings- en selectiegesprekken; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een regionaal netwerk; - Inzetten van social media en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie; - Adviseren van kandidaten over werken via FlexZo; - Onderhouden van contact met recruiters, planners en teamleiders van aangesloten organisaties; - Meedenken over nieuwe wervingsinitiatieven en de verdere ontwikkeling van FlexZo.
