Geen standaard recruiter die vacatures beheert, maar een recruitmentpartner die weet waar kansen liggen, relaties opbouwt en de business vooruithelpt. Geen gladde praatjes of eindeloze overleggen, maar gewoon doen wat nodig is zodat onze projecten kunnen blijven draaien. De functie in de praktijk Als gezicht van Baas Verkley Zuid ben je de recruitmentpartner voor onze infrabedrijven in Brabant. Breda is jouw standplaats, maar je bent regelmatig te vinden op onze locaties in Oud-Gastel en Capelle aan den IJssel. Je bent zichtbaar op de vestigingen, bezoekt projecten in het veld en schuift aan bij uitvoerders, projectleiders en managers om precies te weten waar de behoefte ligt. Je bent onderdeel van het recruitmentteam en werkt nauw samen met je collega's om Baas iedere dag een stukje sterker te maken. Wat jij waarmaakt - Je coördineert het recruitmentproces van A tot Z voor regio Brabant. - Je verbetert processen en bedenkt creatieve wegen om schaars talent te vinden - Je bouwt een sterk lokaal netwerk op en bent online én op events zichtbaar - Je adviseert over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en zet, samen met Lars onze Brand Marketeer, sterke campagnes neer - Je zorgt dat elke sollicitant een positieve ervaring heeft met onze organisatie Over Baas Verkley Baas Verkley is een club van doeners.
