Wil jij talent verbinden aan een organisatie die werkt aan een thuis voor duizenden mensen? Bij Woonwaard krijg je de kans om recruitment verder te professionaliseren en ons werkgeversmerk te versterken. De basis staat, maar we zien volop kansen om recruitment naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren recruiter die niet afwacht, maar actief op zoek gaat naar talent, duurzame relaties opbouwt en managers helpt om de juiste mensen aan Woonwaard te verbinden.

Wie we zijn

Bij Woonwaard werk je niet zomaar ergens: je bouwt mee aan een thuis voor onze huurders. Dat kan vanuit ons kantoor in Alkmaar of juist vanuit de wijk, dicht bij onze huurders en de dagelijkse praktijk. Met onze 3 pijlers – samen bouwen aan betekenisvol werk, vrijheid om kansen te pakken en een warme, sociale werkgever zijn – bieden we jou een inspirerende werkomgeving.

Als Recruiter bij Woonwaard ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van recruitment. Je begeleidt het volledige wervings- en selectieproces en bent sparringpartner voor managers bij het invullen van vacatures. Je brengt kwaliteit, expertise en arbeidsmarktkennis in en krijgt de ruimte om recruitmentprocessen slimmer en zichtbaarder te maken. Denk aan het versterken van vacature-intakes, het verbeteren van de candidate journey en het opbouwen van talentpools. Ook breng je meer kwaliteit en structuur aan in het selectieproces, bijvoorbeeld door kandidaten zorgvuldig en onderbouwd voor te stellen en eerste en tweede gesprekken doordacht in te richten. Daarbij wacht je niet tot kandidaten zich melden: je zorgt dat Woonwaard zichtbaar en aantrekkelijk is voor talent, bent actief aanwezig op LinkedIn, zet onze Recruiter Seat optimaal in en benadert talent waar nodig rechtstreeks. Ook kijk je verder dan de vacature van vandaag, zodat we voor toekomstige vacatures sneller en gerichter kunnen schakelen.
