In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je recruitment, relatiebeheer en persoonlijke begeleiding. Je brengt operators en monteurs in contact met mooie werkgevers binnen de proces- en maakindustrie en begeleidt hen tijdens hun carrière. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een hecht en ambitieus team waar resultaten behalen én plezier maken hand in hand gaan.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer voer je een inspirerend gesprek met een kandidaat over zijn volgende carrièrestap, de andere keer ben je actief op zoek naar nieuw talent of werk je samen met collega's aan een uitdagende vacature.

Wat ga je doen?

Als recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, verbinden en begeleiden van technisch talent. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het voeren van persoonlijke gesprekken met kandidaten om hun talenten, ambities en drijfveren in kaart te brengen; - Het matchen van operators en monteurs met vacatures die écht bij hen passen; - Het actief zoeken, benaderen en enthousiasmeren van kandidaten via verschillende recruitmentkanalen; - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk van technische professionals; - Het schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten die de juiste doelgroep aanspreken; - Het begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens hun dienstverband, onder andere door regelmatige contactmomenten en werkplekbezoeken; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en collega's om samen de beste resultaten te behalen; - Het signaleren van kansen in de markt en bijdragen aan de verdere groei van VAPRO Recruitment.
