Solliciteer dan als Servicespecialist bij Kuijpers Den Bosch! Als servicespecialist zorg ik ervoor dat gebouw gebonden installaties technisch goed functioneren én in optimale staat blijven. Ik werk vanuit mijn eigen specialisme en pak zelfstandig complexe vraagstukken op. Storingen komen bij mij binnen via e-mail en telefoon. Ik registreer deze nauwkeurig in ons ERP-systeem en zorg ervoor dat de serviceorder bij de juiste technicus in de regio terechtkomt. Ik analyseer prestatiecontracten en richt het monitoringsysteem functioneel in. Via het gebouwbeheersysteem bewaak en analyseer ik de prestaties van installaties. Waar nodig pas ik instellingen aan om aan de prestatie-eisen te voldoen en het comfort in gebouwen te verbeteren. Ook los ik storingen op en houd ik ondertussen goed contact met onze klanten. Bij de klant op locatie onderhoud ik het gebouwbeheersysteem en stel ik rapportages op over de prestaties van de installaties. Ik signaleer verbeterkansen, doe verbetervoorstellen en adviseer klanten en/of de contractmanager over mogelijke aanpassingen aan de installaties. Het mooie aan mijn werk? Ik kom bij klanten binnen de life science en health care, waaronder cleanrooms en laboratoria. Dat vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technische kennis en oog voor detail. Daarom pas ik bij Kuijpers! Natuurlijk beschik ik over een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo 4 niveau (aangevuld met vakspecifieke cursussen), heb ik ervaring in een soortgelijke rol en ben ik in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
