Maar bij ons is het écht zo. De ene ochtend spreek je een kandidaat die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging. Daarna overleg je met een klant over een vacature. Tussendoor zoek je actief naar kandidaten, schrijf je een vacature en help je een collega met een lastige match. En voor je het weet is het alweer tijd voor koffie. ☕ Functieomschrijving Als Recruiter ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de juiste kandidaat op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Je krijgt energie van een goed gesprek. Je vindt het leuk om iemand aan een nieuwe baan te helpen. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen kandidaat en klant en bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken. En misschien nog belangrijker: je wilt werken in een team waar hard werken en gezelligheid gewoon samengaan. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het werven en selecteren van kandidaten. - Het voeren van telefonische en persoonlijke kennismakingsgesprekken. - Kandidaten actief benaderen via verschillende kanalen. - Vacatures schrijven, publiceren en onder de aandacht brengen. - Zoeken naar kandidaten in onze database en via LinkedIn. - Kandidaten voorstellen bij onze klanten. - Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het hele recruitmentproces. - Contact onderhouden met onze flexmedewerkers. - Meedenken met klanten over hun personeelsbehoefte. - Samenwerken met je collega's aan de beste match.
