Samen ga je overleggen met wie je in gesprek gaat. En ja, dat zijn meestal hele leuke gesprekken. Met je enthousiaste houding zorg je ervoor dat de kandidaat zich al snel vertrouwd voelt waardoor er een prettig gesprek ontstaat. Je hebt het over de opleidingen, werkervaring, salaris, opzegtermijn, eventuele vacatures etc. - Opstellen en beheren van vacatureteksten (op verschillende platformen); - Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via diverse kanalen, waaronder Linkedin en jobboards; - Voeren van intakegesprekken en evalueren van kandidaten; - Opbouw en onderhoud van een netwerk van potentiële kandidaten; - Beheer CRM systeem.
