Je grootste uitdaging is het bereiken en binden van nieuwe medewerkers. Dit vraagt om een pro-actieve manier van recruitment en een doordachte recruitmentstrategie. Naast het benaderen en spreken van kandidaten, werk je aan het opbouwen van talentpools, spar je met de hiring managers binnen Hamiplant en ben je op zoek naar manieren om ons recruitment goed en efficiënt neer te zetten. Zichtbaar zijn door aanwezigheid op beurzen en samenwerkingen met scholen en lokale bedrijven is essentieel voor het creëren van ons eigen netwerk. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf keuzes te maken en initiatieven op te pakken. Zie je een kans om een bepaalde doelgroep beter te bereiken, Hamiplant zichtbaarder te maken of een proces slimmer in te richten? Dan krijg je de ruimte om daar zelf mee aan de slag te gaan. Binnen recruitment ben jij degene die de lijn uitzet, overzicht houdt en zorgt dat zaken voor elkaar komen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Actief werven van kandidaten binnen logistiek en de sierteeltbranche. - Het volledige recruitmentproces begeleiden, van werving tot het doen van een contractvoorstel. - Opzetten van een gerichte recruitmentaanpak binnen Hamiplant. - Bouwen en onderhouden van talentpools voor toekomstige vacatures. - Recruitmentdata bijhouden en analyseren om efficiënter te kunnen werken. - Hiring managers adviseren en meenemen in de arbeidsmarkt en het recruitmentproces. - Actief op zoek naar samenwerkingen met bijvoorbeeld scholen om de zichtbaarheid in de regio te vergroten. - Samenwerken met o.a. marketing en externe wervingsbureaus Jij als Recruit...
