Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten, brengt hun wensen en ambities in kaart en begeleidt hen gedurende het sollicitatieproces. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten, schrijf je vacatureteksten en zorg je ervoor dat contracten en andere administratieve werkzaamheden nauwkeurig worden verwerkt. Ga je aan de slag als Recruiter in Zwolle? Dan beheer je een eigen klantenportfolio binnen industrie en logistiek en bouw je sterke relaties op met vaste klanten. Als Recruiter in Leeuwarden richt je je voornamelijk op vacatures binnen de publieke sector. Kies je voor de functie als HR-consultant in Lelystad? Dan ben je veel aanwezig bij de klant, begeleid je flexmedewerkers en houd je je bezig met onboarding en HR-administratie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag voer je intakegesprekken en zoek je actief naar kandidaten, de andere dag bezoek je een klant of ondersteun je flexmedewerkers.
