Voor de periode van 16 november 2026 tot 1 april 2027 zoeken we een tijdelijke Corporate Recruiter die ons recruitmentproces tijdens mijn zwangerschapsverlof overneemt. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar regelmatig nieuwe collega's worden gezocht. Jouw belangrijkste opdracht? Zorgen dat kandidaten goed worden opgevolgd en vacatures gedurende deze periode worden ingevuld. De functie Als Corporate Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse recruitmentproces. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en begeleidt hen gedurende het sollicitatieproces. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met het oppakken van binnengekomen sollicitaties, het voeren van telefonische intakes en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken op onze kantoren in Wijchen en Bodegraven . Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met de betrokken managers en zorg je ervoor dat het proces van sollicitatie tot aanname goed verloopt. Het is een tijdelijke rol waarin het vooral belangrijk is dat je snel je weg vindt in de organisatie, zelfstandig kunt werken en zorgt voor continuïteit . Wat ga je doen? - Je beoordeelt en behandelt binnengekomen sollicitaties in ons ATS; - Je neemt telefonisch contact op met kandidaten en voert telefonische intakegesprekken; - Je plant en voert sollicitatiegesprekken op kantoor; - Je stemt kandidaten en vervolgstappen af met teamleiders en andere betrokken collega's; - Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het verdere sollicitatieproces; - Je coördineert vervolggesprekken, assessments en eventuele arbeidsvoorwaardelijke voorstellen; - Je houdt kandidaten en interne stakeholders goed op de hoogte van de voortgang; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van de openstaande vacatures en zorgt ervoor dat acties tijdig worden opgevolgd; - Je onderhou...
