Wat ga je doen als recruiter: In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je alle ruimte om jouw eigen draai te geven aan het recruitmentvak. - Je voert online intakes met kandidaten en klanten, waarbij je hun wensen, ambities en uitdagingen haarscherp in kaart brengt; - Je begeleidt kandidaten door het hele sollicitatieproces en bent dé betrouwbare sparringpartner voor klanten; - Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling van contracten en documentatie, nauwkeurig én op tijd; - Je werkt samen met collega's aan slimme verbeteringen, nieuwe ideeën en innovatieve recruitmentprocessen; - Je bouwt zelfstandig aan jouw rol, met volop ruimte voor initiatief, ondernemerschap en persoonlijke groei. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.700,- en € 3.120,-, passend bij jouw ervaring. - 20 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld, dit kun je maandelijks of jaarlijks laten uitbetalen. - Een persoonlijk budget van 6%, waarmee je onder andere tot 15 extra vrije dagen kunt kopen. - Een aantrekkelijke kwartaalbonusregeling bij het behalen van team- en/of bedrijfsdoelstellingen....
