Für unsere Standorte in Wien suchen wir in Kooperation mit dem AMS Favoritenstraße im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl ab sofort eine/n energiegeladene/n: 1 Recruiter_in mit Vertriebsinstinkt (m/w/d) Du hast den richtigen Riecher für Talente, bist rhetorisch stark und nutzt deinen Vertriebsinstinkt, um Menschen von einer neuen Chance zu begeistern? Du telefonierst leidenschaftlich gerne und weißt, wie man Bewerber_innen überzeugt?

Deine Aufgaben

* Aktives Bewerber-Outreach & Erstkontakt: Du greifst sofort zum Hörer, wenn Bewerbungen eingehen, und begeisterst Kandidaten direkt im ersten Telefongespräch für unser Unternehmen.

* Gezielte Talent-Qualifizierung: Mit deinem feinen Vertriebsgespür klärst du Motivation, Potenziale und Rahmenbedingungen ab und erkennst sofort, wer zu uns passt.

* Einwandbehandlung & Überzeugungsarbeit: Du beantwortest Fragen souverän, räumst Bedenken aus und schaffst es, Top-Kandidaten für die nächsten Schritte zu gewinnen.

* Terminierung & Pipeline-Management: Du führst Bewerber_innen zielgerichtet durch den Prozess und verbindest sie schnell mit den Entscheidungsträgern.

* Candidate Experience: Du hinterlässt am Telefon einen mitreißenden, professionellen Ersteindruck und baust Vertrauen auf.

Dein Profil

* Starker Vertriebsinstinkt: Du denkst erfolgsorientiert, kannst überzeugen und hast Freude daran, Abschlüsse (Terminzusagen) zu erzielen.

* Absolute Begeisterung fürs Telefonieren: Das Telefon ist dein Hauptwerkzeug - du bist kontaktfreudig, redegewandt und sympathisch.

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Vorteil: Quereinsteiger_innen aus den Bereichen Leitung Sales sind herzlich willkommen!

* Menschliches Gespür & Biss: Du erkennst Potenziale schnell und bleibst auch bei anspruchsvollen Gesprächen am Ball.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
