De functie inhoud Als Recruiter in Ieper zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:

  • Jij maakt de match tussen bedrijven en kandidaten: van diepgaande interviews tot vacatures schrijven en sollicitaties begeleiden.
  • Relaties opbouwen met zowel sollicitanten als organisaties door naar hen te luisteren en vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Met jouw overtuigingskracht zet je prospecten om in klanten. Bij Noël Franklin krijg je de vrijheid om zelf te prospecteren en onderhandelen met decisionmakers zoals CEO’s en HR Managers.
  • Je staat continu in contact met de klant en overtuigt hen waarom jouw kandidaat de beste is voor de job.
  • Aftercare is key: tot een jaar na de opstart van kandidaten volg je regelmatig op. Zo maak jij het verschil.
  • Administratie? Ook belangrijk. Je zorgt dat alles netjes up-to-date blijft.
  • Je draagt bij aan de zichtbaarheid van Noël Franklin, zowel online (sociale media) als offline (events en beurzen).
