Inschaling geschiedt op basis van leeftijd, ervaring en werk- en denkniveau - 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime) - 13 ATV dagen (bij fulltime) of 5% ATV toeslag - Bonusregeling (max 10%) - Reiskostenvergoeding of 100% OV vergoeding - Beschikking over een laptop en werktelefoon Functieomschrijving Recruiter Opleidingen Jij wordt dé selectiespecialist voor onze DriveSolid Academy. Je draagt zorg voor het werven en selecteren van nieuwe opleidingskandidaten. Je zet hiervoor diverse initiatieven in en weet op effectieve wijze potentiële kandidaten te bereiken en te interesseren om bij ons een opleiding te starten. Dit zijn bijvoorbeeld opleidingen tot vrachtwagenchauffeur of buschauffeur, en ook met een baangarantie. Doordat jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor onze potentiële opleidingskandidaten, ben jij het visitekaartje van de DriveSolid Academy.
