Bij Steiger B verbind je professionals aan woningcorporaties door heel Nederland en begeleid je het volledige recruitmentproces. Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op binnen de corporatiesector, creëert duurzame matches en maakt impact binnen een sector die er écht toe doet. Zowel vanuit ons kantoor in Hilversum als in hybride vorm vanuit huis, werken wij samen met een ambitieus team waarin je alle ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen als recruiter Woningcorporaties? Je voert intakegesprekken met kandidaten, inventariseert personeelsvraagstukken bij opdrachtgevers en vertaalt deze naar effectieve recruitmentstrategieën. Als Recruiter Woningcorporaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces binnen de corporatiesector. Vervolgens ga je inventariseren binnen onze pool aan professionals om de best mogelijk macth te vinden. Daarnaast zet je ook andere manieren in zoals LinkedIn recruiter maar kijk je ook zeker verder. Daarnaast bouw je duurzame relaties op met professionals en opdrachtgevers, volg je ontwikkelingen binnen de sector en denk je samen met onze Recruitment Marketeer na over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, employer branding en recruitmentinnovaties. Het resultaat van jouw werk zie je direct terug in succesvolle plaatsingen en tevreden opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen als Recruiter Wonen?
