Wir sind ein in Europa führendes Unternehmen im "Human Skills Mining" Bereich.

Unsere Kunden sind europaweit agierenden Konzernen, wir unterstützen sie bei der Suche nach Experten und Führungskräften in dem wir Ihnen die perfekt passenden Kandidaten/innen übermitteln und im Anschluss kontaktieren. 1 Recruiting Specialist (f/m/d) Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Gezieltes Suchen, Filtern und Selektieren von geeigneten Personen für unsere Kunden in allen Kanälen des Webs

* Führung von Fachgesprächen

* Ansprechperson für den Kunden im laufenden Projekt

* Kommunikation mit dem Sales-Team

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (mind. Maturaniveau)

* Erfahrung im HR-Bereich

* IT-Verständnis und gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Suchmaschinen (Boolesche Suche, Semantische Suche, etc.) von Vorteil

* Hohe Internet-Affinität (Social Media, etc.)

* Interesse an Recruitingkanälen der Zukunft

* Berufserfahrung im Active Sourcing oder Recruiting erforderlich

* Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Durchhaltevermögen und Eigenmotivation

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das bieten wir dir:

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle beträgt 2.700,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestentgelt und wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation, Erfahrung sowie Ihren technischen Fähigkeiten festgelegt.
