Wir sind weltweit führend im Bereich Travel Retail und betreiben an mehreren Standorten in Österreich eine Vielzahl an innovativen Food & Beverage Konzepten - von internationalen Franchisemarken bis hin zu eigenen Konzepten. 1 Recruiting Specialist (w/m/d) Als Recruiting Specialist betreust du von unserem Standort am Flughafen Wien aus das Recruiting für unsere österreichischen Standorte und arbeitest eng mit den jeweiligen Führungskräften zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung

* Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Führungskräften zu Personalbedarf, Anforderungsprofilen und passenden Recruiting-Maßnahmen.

* Führung von Bewerbungsgesprächen für Positionen am Standort Wien sowie Koordination der Recruiting-Prozesse für unsere weiteren Standorte

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen bei der Personalplanung

* Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens auf Karriere- und Recruiting-Events

* Sicherstellung einer professionellen und wertschätzenden Candidate Experience

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse

Das bringst du mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Retail oder einer vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsbranche

* Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Offenheit, Empathie und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Kulturen und Hintergründe
