Aspen is een organisatie in beweging: de recruitmentwerkwijze en de gebruikte applicaties zijn nog in ontwikkeling. Jij krijgt ruimte om te ontdekken wat beter kan en dat door te voeren, binnen heldere kaders. Je staat er niet alleen voor, want je werkt in een netwerk van collega's die kennis en ideeën delen. Jouw taken als Recruitment Business Partner zijn als volgt: Je beheert het hele recruitmentproces, van het intakegesprek met de hiring manager tot het aanbod en het getekende contract. Je sourcet zelf actief, bouwt talentpools op en maakt Aspen zichtbaarder op de regionale arbeidsmarkt. Ook houd je voortgang en doorlooptijden in de gaten en laat je de business zien wat werkt en waar het knelt. - Voeren van intakegesprekken met hiring managers en adviseren over de recruitmentaanpak; - Beheren van het volledige recruitmentproces, in afstemming met de HR-business partner over arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Actief sourcen via diverse kanalen en opbouwen van talentpools; - Screenen van cv's en voeren van gesprekken met kandidaten; - Begeleiden van kandidaten van sollicitatie tot getekend contract en bewaken van een goede candidate experience; - Organiseren van en deelnemen aan banenmarkten, open dagen en techniekdagen; - Bijdragen aan arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en employer branding gericht op duurzame instroom; - Continu verbeteren van het recruitmentproces en de gebruikte applicaties.
