Functieomschrijving Als Recruitment Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces binnen meerdere productievestigingen in Zuid-Nederland. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen hiring managers, externe partners en kandidaten. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen dagelijkse recruitmentactiviteiten en de langere termijn. Terwijl je vandaag een vacature invult, denk je morgen mee over toekomstige personeelsbehoeften, vergrijzing en arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Regie voeren over het volledige recruitmentproces van intake tot aanbod; - Adviseren van hiring managers over arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen, recruitmentaanpak en candidate experience; - Actief sourcen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen zoals LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobboards en eigen netwerken; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van talentpools voor schaarse en moeilijk vervulbare functies; - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een jaarlijkse recruitmentstrategie; - Signaleren van toekomstige personeelsvraagstukken en hier proactief op inspelen; - Intensief samenwerken met teamleiders, supervisors, HR Business Partners en management; - Uitbouwen van relaties en andere regionale partners; - Organiseren en ondersteunen van lokale arbeidsmarkt- en recruitmentactiviteiten; - Analyseren van recruitmentdata en doorvertalen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
