Searching for you als RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT voor het kantoor te Mechelen.

Als RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT bij Skillflex ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten en klanten. Je gaat actief op zoek naar dat ene ontbrekende puzzelstukje en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures succesvol worden ingevuld.

Je dag bestaat uit veel commerciële contacten, searching and matching, screenings, opvolgingen en het onderhouden van relaties met zowel kandidaten als klanten. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen en haalt voldoening uit het overtuigen, begeleiden en opvolgen van kandidaten en klanten.

Of het nu gaat om een makkelijk in te vullen functie of een uitdagende knelpuntvacature: jij geeft niet snel op. Je blijft zoeken, schakelt creatief en zet door tot je de match hebt gevonden.

Kneepjes uit het vak als RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via job boards.
  • Screenings en diepgaande/informatieve intakegesprekken voeren.
  • Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces.
  • Vacatures publiceren en opvolgen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers verzorgen.
  • Werken tegen strakke deadlines.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klant en kandidaat.

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in communicatie, HR,...
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis in het spreken en schrijven in het Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en praat vlot met verschillende types mensen (arbeiders/bedienden).
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en houdt van telefonisch/fysiek contact.
  • Je bent een doorzetter die niet opgeeft wanneer een vacature moeilijk in te vullen blijkt.
  • Je krijgt energie van het zoeken naar de perfecte match.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van opvolging.
  • Je bezit de nodige pit, enthousiasme en een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je woont in de regio Mechelen of kan je vlot verplaatsen naar ons kantoor.
  • Ervaring in rekrutering is een pluspunt, maar motivatie, commerciële drive en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
