Je bouwt een netwerk uit van bedrijven binnen jouw specialisatie.

Je identificeert commerciële opportuniteiten en ontwikkelt bestaande klantenrelaties verder.

Je voert diepgaande intakegesprekken met kandidaten en begrijpt hun carrière-ambities.

Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatieproces.

Je adviseert klanten over markttrends, salarissen en talent acquisition.

Je onderhandelt contractvoorstellen en begeleidt succesvolle plaatsingen.

Je beheert jouw eigen business alsof het jouw eigen onderneming is.

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnenrecruitment,sales, accountmanagement of consultancy.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en professioneel in het Engels.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en werkt resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en klantgericht.
  • Je krijgt energie van het opbouwen van relaties en het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
