Als Consultant ben je veel in contact met klanten en relaties om hen zo optimaal mogelijk te bedienen, jij bent ook de schakel tussen topprofessionals en uitdagende opdrachten in de sectoren Olie, Gas en Chemie. Je werkt bij een detacheringsbureau dat gespecialiseerd is in het detacheren van professionals met een technische achtergrond in de Petrochemie, Bouw & Infra. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek komen en bouwt zo mee aan succesvolle projecten voor de grootste bedrijven van Nederland.

• Je bouwt duurzame relaties op. • Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord voelen en je bent een echte sparringpartner. • Je begeleidt professionals van kennismaking tot plaatsing. • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen jouw domein. • Je volgt trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt en speelt hier proactief op in. • Je creëert kansen, bouwt je eigen portfolio en laat zien wat jij waard bent.

Functie-eisen: Als consultant ga jij elke dag voor de perfecte match tussen kandidaat en vacature. Je hebt veel contact met mensen en dat vind je leuk. Je onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers over hun vacatures en begeleidt kandidaten door het hele traject. Jij bent iemand die gemakkelijk een klik maakt, goed doorvraagt en zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers enthousiast weet te maken.
