Jobomschrijving

Als Recruitment Consultant Sales & Marketing bouw je jouw eigen klantenportfolio en kandidatennetwerk uit binnen de Brusselse markt.

Je fungeert als consultant, business developer en carrièrepartner tegelijk. Jij helpt bedrijven bij het aantrekken van commercieel talent en begeleidt professionals bij belangrijke carrièremoves.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren van klanten rond rekruteringsuitdagingen en talent acquisition.
  • Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame partnerships met HR-managers, hiring managers en directieleden.
  • Bezoeken van bedrijven om hun cultuur, organisatie en behoeften grondig te leren kennen.
  • Identificeren, benaderen en interviewen van sales- en marketingprofessionals.
  • Opstellen van kwalitatieve kandidaatpresentaties.
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces.
  • Onderhandelen van samenwerkingsvoorwaarden en arbeidsvoorstellen.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk professioneel netwerk binnen Sales & Marketing.
  • Deelnemen aan netwerkevents, commerciële bijeenkomsten en sectorgerelateerde activiteiten.
  • Opvolgen van markttrends, salarisevoluties en talentontwikkelingen binnen jouw specialisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op en krijgt energie van contact met mensen.
  • Je bent ambitieus, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
  • Je schuwt targets niet en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van resultaten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van Engels.
  • Kennis van Frans is een belangrijke troef binnen de Brusselse markt.
  • Ervaring binnen sales, recruitment, consultancy, HR of business development is een plus.
