Deadline om te solliciteren: 4. oktober om 23.59 uur Wie zijn wij? Aangenaam. Wij zijn Tonny Media, het spannendste (media)bedrijf van Nederland. Je kunt ons kennen van de bovenste regionen van de podcast-lijstjes, onze reclamecampagnes, onze branded content producties en onze videoproducties, of van iemand die jou over ons vertelde. Om onze producties naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Redacteur die ons redactieteam komt versterken. Wat zoeken wij? Wij maken podcasts, en vooral heel veel chatcasts. Veel chatcasts betekent veel BN'ers, veel wensen, en dus een puzzel met talloze stukjes die allemaal een mening hebben. Daarom zoeken wij een redacteur die overzicht houdt, verwachtingen managet en soepel schakelt tussen makers, partners en interne teams. Iemand die rust bewaart waar het druk is, zelfstandig werkt, keuzes durft te maken en altijd het eindproduct voor ogen houdt. Jij weet: the show must go on en onder jouw leiding gaat 'ie altijd door. Wat ga je doen dan? - Je bent van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor +/- drie podcasts, waarbij je niet alleen redacteur, maar vooral ook een echte projectmanager bent. - Je bent intern én extern het aanspreekpunt van deze producties. - Je monteert (deels) je eigen producties. - Je werkt samen met een redactie- en productiestagiair(e) per productie. - Je levert strakke scripts op en schakelt met sales over campagneverplichtingen. - Je doet regie tijdens opnames en bent de laatste check op het gebied van inhoud en productionele kwaliteit. - Je kijkt verder dan je eigen projecten en denkt mee met collega's, deelt je kennis en pakt eventueel neventaken op.
